Lyrics : Through It All

You are forever in my life
You see me through the seasons
Cover me with Your hand
And lead me in Your righteousness
And I look to You
And I wait on You

I will sing to You, Lord
A hymn of love
For Your faithfulness to me
I’m carried in everlasting arms
You’ll never let me go
Through it all

Hallelujah, hallelujah

I first learnt this song sometime in the year 2002 or early 2003 and found it such a beautiful song about how we can draw all our strength through Christ Jesus. It came as no surprise that during my wife’s labour pains, we were softly singing this song to draw strength. God delivered to us a beautiful baby girl :D

Lyrics for His Strength is Perfect.

I can do all things
Through Christ who gives me strength,
But sometimes I wonder what He can do through me;
No great success to show, No glory on my own,
Yet in my weakness He is there to let me know . . .

CHORUS
His strength is perfect when our strength is gone;
He’ll carry us when we can’t carry on.
Raised in His power, the weak become strong;
His strength is perfect, His strength is perfect.

We can only know
The power that He holds
When we truly see how deep our weakness goes;
His strength in us begins
Where ours comes to an end.
He hears our humble cry and proves again . . .

(chorus)

Prayer
You, O Lord, are Holy! And no words could explain or describe how great thou art! We pray O Lord that as we sing this song unto You together with the angels in Heaven, may You be pleased in Your throne and be glorified forever more!

Word of God

“Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under his wings. Day and night they never stop saying: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.” (Revelations 4:8)
