Lyrics:-
All The Earth Will Sing Your Praises - Paul Baloche

You took, you take our sins away oh god
You give and gave your life away for us
You came down, you saved us thru the cross
Our hearts are changed because of your great love

You lived, you died, you said in three days you would rise
You did, you’re alive
You rule, you reign, you said you’re coming back again
I know you will and all the earth will sing your praises

No one, no name can rise above you lord
One hope, one life will shine forever more
Your kingdom in heaven and on earth
Your children stand to sing of your great worth

Lyrics:
I Will Sing (Don Moen)

Lord You seem so far away. A million miles or more it feels today.
And though I haven’t lost my faith, I must confess right now that it’s hard for me to pray.
But I don’t know what to say and I don’t know where to start.
But as you give the grace with all that’s in my heart.

I will sing.
I will praise even in my darkest time through the sorrow and the pain.
I will sing. I will praise.
Lift my hands to honor You because Your word is true. I will sing.

Lord is hard for me to see all the thought and plan You have for me.
But I will put my trust in You. Lord will meet Your guide to set me free.

(2 times)

I just learnt the tragic news of Steven Curtis Chapman’s 5 year old daughter, Maria Sue being fatally injured as a result of being knocked by a Sports Utility Vehicle driven by her teenaged brother. In this moment of grief, I can only pray that Steven and his family would be able to find strength in God. I first got to know about Steven when I was introduced to his song “His Strength Is Perfect” back in 2002. We were then rehearsing for choir and our choir conductor asked us to sing this song for the worship service. Indeed, this song became infectious due to its meaningful words so much so that during my wife’s labour with our first daughter, we were both singing this song in the labour room. Truly, my wife and I found strength in God during the labour pains and God delivered us a beautiful baby daughter. God’s strength resulted in my wife not having to rely upon any painkillers during labour.

Steven Curtis Chapman, thank you for the song “His Strength is Perfect” which helped us through during our difficult times. I hope this song will also be your remembrance of God’s strength during your grief too. My condolences to you and your family.
